ACG Graduation Drone Shows for Pierce, Deree and Alba

For another year, our team at Grizzly Entertainment Hellas performed a series of ACG graduation drone shows for The American College of Greece, helping Pierce, Deree, and Alba Graduate Business School mark their graduation ceremonies in Athens.

Our returning collaboration brought custom aerial displays to three important occasions on the ACG calendar. Each ceremony celebrated a different group of students, while our drone shows created a shared visual moment for graduates, families, faculty, and guests.

Three Graduation Ceremonies, One ACG Community

The American College of Greece includes distinct academic communities serving students at different stages of their education. The graduation events celebrated students from:

• Pierce, The American College of Greece
• Deree, The American College of Greece
• Alba Graduate Business School

We planned the drone shows around the setting and purpose of the ceremonies. Our aim was to support each event with visuals connected to graduation, achievement, and the identity of the institution.

The 2026 celebrations also included Deree’s 60th Undergraduate Commencement. The ceremony took place on June 27 at the Aghia Paraskevi campus, where the Class of 2026 gathered with family, friends, faculty, and members of the wider ACG community.

Custom Drone Shows for Each Graduation

A graduation drone show needs to feel specific to the institution and its students. For the ACG ceremonies, we developed the creative direction for the occasion rather than adapting it from a standard show.

School identity, academic achievement, and the celebratory atmosphere can all inform the visual sequence shown above the audience. This allows the creative content to support the ceremony without distracting from its main purpose.

Marking the Class of 2026 in the Athens Sky

Graduation ceremonies bring together years of work, personal progress, and support from the wider academic community. Our drone shows gave each audience a final shared experience in the night sky and provided a visual conclusion suited to the scale of the occasion.

Returning to ACG for another year also shows the value of continuity. A recurring graduation show can become part of an institution’s annual celebrations while still allowing the creative content to change for each graduating class.
